george grant For me, this is a situational bait, Effective in shallow water when the bass are chasing small baitfish, The lure tends to sink tail first unless a quick pop of the rod is used when the bait hits the water. Then it sinks in a slight nose down presentation, which I think is more natural. I like to let it sink to the bottom and retrieve it with a slow cadence, pausing it often and letting it settle to the bottom again It cast very well on light line for its size.
