Classic Tournament Series: Rapala Shad Rap 6 Style Unpainted Crankbait Blank

Bring one of the most effective cold-water and finesse crankbait profiles in history to your custom lure shop with our Shad Rap 6 style unpainted crankbait blank. Measuring at the classic 60mm (2-3/8") size, this flat-sided shad blank is engineered to deliver a tight, subtle swimming vibration that triggers cautious, sluggish predators when traditional wide-wobbling crankbaits get ignored.

The "Tight Wobble" Cold-Water Advantage: What makes the Shad Rap 6 profile world-famous is its flat-sided hydrodynamics. Unlike rounded crankbaits that kick aggressively from side to side, this flat body cuts through the water column with a tight, high-frequency wobbling action. This subtle, high-pitch flash perfectly mimics a cold-stressed, dying threadfin shad, emerald shiner, or juvenile panfish—making it the ultimate secret weapon during low water temperatures.

Key Product Features:

Iconic Flat-Sided Silhouette: Matches primary freshwater forage shapes while generating a sharp lateral flash that attracts game fish from long distances in clear or stained water.

Rapid Steep Diving Bill: Engineered to dive quickly into the 6 to 10-foot depth range on a standard cast, keeping the lure in the strike zone longer.

Precision Internal Balance: Balanced for smooth, long casts into headwinds and steady tracking stability during slow-to-mid speed retrieves or river trolling.

High-Impact ABS Resin Body: Molded from crystal-clear, durable ABS plastic—offering a seamless, smooth surface that easily handles airbrushing, foil wrapping, chrome plating, and epoxy clear coats.
