Crankbait but different. Good action and nice to play with colors. Here in Holland the goby imitation works best.

Kevin I can't update my lasf review, but I tried the rest of the blanks and they are more bouyant. So I'm going to give it a 5 to balance out my previous 3 star review. If they all had a slow float, that would have been better, but three of my four blanks are working properly.

Kevin I want to love this blank. Shape, weight transfer, details, build quality, are all fantastic. But the finished lure I made was a slow sink. I even downsized hooks the #8 on all three and it was just barely sinking. It'll still make a great jerkbait, but it's a shallow runner, so I planned on paralleling rip rap banks. This will not be possible if it sinks on pause, even if it is very slow. I'm hoping when the water temp changes it'll work better, but I'd prefer it be a float or slow float that I can tweak with suspend strips. I can't do anything to make it float.
