Lip has scuff marks, eyelet on lip covered in plastic. Can't get a safety pin through let alone a fishing line. Waste of money

Ordered two of these blanks. The bill on the first blank broke while I was painting it. I have never had something like that happen before. The second blank I painted and took it with me fishing. The action was good, it looked good in the water, but it filled with water within a few minutes.

I purchased several other styles of blanks with the same order and everything else has been good, just not this blank. Wish I had better resilults...
