Charlie Gates I’ve never used a real Karachi, but this has good action and it catches good numbers. Florida large mouth eat it. No problems with painting. It sinks very slowly and can keep it on top if worked immediately and fast.

david L made some with the #10 vmc hooks and I tied my own tinsel to rear treble . Nose will sink but the tail stays up top. Switch to a #8 and the lure know sinks slowly and will stay horizontal. Action is a lot better. Tested side by side with a megabass and the action is very,very close to the same. They do catch bass and thats what counts

The back hook has 40 strands of flash on it.
